DEFINITION AND FUNCTION OF THE COOKIES

For information purposes, we notify you that the Data Protection Agency (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) gives us the definition of both categories, indicating such as tecnical cookies those, “(…) used with the only purpose to transmit signal on a electronical comunication network, or nella as far it is strictly necessary to the provider of a service of society information which is explicitly required by the subscriber or user for the expenditure of this service”, it defines cookies that outline the user profile as those, “ (…) are directed to create a profile about the user and that are used to send advertising in line with the likes showed by the same user during the Internet visit”.

HOW TO DEACTIVATE COOKIES

The user could deactivate cookies from their own browser, visiting the window refered to the settings. We have set out some possible ways to deactivate cookies below:

  • Navigation with Google Chrome: 1. Settings of Chrome; 2. Advanced settings; 3. Privacy-Settings contents; 4. Cookie: once you have entered this window the user could opt in to the following boxes, a) Consent the safe of datas in local; b) Store local datas only until the closing of the browser; c) Prevent the site to store data; d) Block in cookie from third party and the sites data;

All the common browser permits cookies deactivation.

In order to simplify reading for the user and the comprehension and understanding of that legal advice, we remind you that currently many types of browsers exist and the complete description in this document could be not cover all of them.

For deactivation of cookies in others browsers, we recommend that you write in the navigation bar “DEACTIVATE COOKIES” indicating the name of the browser you are using.

We also want to remind that blocking cookies of third party and data sites, this could have the effect of lost funtionality for the web site.

Furthermore, these cookies do not have the function to associate the navigation with the personal user data. We use ga(‘set’, ‘anonymizeIp’, true); to hide last 3 ip numbers.

In addition, in some cases, a third party to the web page editor, for example Google (for further information click here http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/technologies/types/), Facebook (for further information click here), TripAdvisor (for further information click here http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/CookiePolicy), LinkedIn (for further information click here http://it.linkedin.com/legal/cookie-policy); Twitter (for further information click here https://support.twitter.com/articles/20170514-twitters-use-of-cookies-and-similar-technologies); Skype (for further information click here http://www.skype.com/en/legal/); YouTube (for further information click here https://www.google.it/intl/en/policies/technologies/types/), through the services offered to the editor, the respective adverts or by clicking on the icon (in the editor site, for istance facebook button ect.) it could install from time to time tecnical cookies and/or the others inside the user device, such as for instance advertising cookies which send personal messages to the user base on user’s interests (also used to limit the number of times the user see the publicity or to evaluate the effectiveness of the advertising campaign).
